Which charger is right for my car?
Most EVs in the UAE use the Type 2 standard, which all our chargers support. For imported GB/T or Tesla NACS vehicles, we offer adapters. Not sure? Contact us and we'll help you match the right setup.
Do I need an electrician to install a wall charger?
Yes. Our RAAD wall chargers should be installed by a qualified professional. We offer installation across the UAE from AED 1,500, subject to a site assessment. Portable chargers just plug into a compatible socket, no installation needed.
Are your chargers certified for the UAE?
Our RAAD home chargers and the BN70 and BN21 portables are ECAS approved under the UAE Product Certification Scheme, alongside international certifications.
What's the difference between the BN70 and BN21?
The BN70 is a high-power 22kW portable with app control. The BN21 is a compact 3.68kW backup charger with adjustable current. Both are weatherproof and ECAS approved.
What warranty do you offer?
All chargers come with a two-year warranty covering defects in normal use. Full terms are on our Warranty & Returns page.
