Which EV charging station is right for my vehicle?
Most EVs in the UAE use the Type 2 AC charging standard, which all our chargers support. Some imported vehicles use GB/T, NACS, or Type 1 inlets, for those we offer adapters. Unsure? Contact us with your vehicle make, model, and year and we'll help.
Do I need an electrician to install a wall charger?
Yes. Wall chargers should be installed by a qualified electrician. EVTRIX can coordinate installation through trusted third-party partners, quoted after a technical site assessment. Portable chargers simply plug in, no installation needed.
Are your chargers compliant for the UAE?
Yes. The RAAD chargers and the BN70 portable are ECAS compliant under the UAE MoIAT certification scheme, alongside international standards such as CE and RoHS where applicable.
What's the difference between the BN70 and BN21?
he BN70 is a high-power portable with app control and adjustable current, suited to daily and travel charging. The BN21 is a compact backup charger for emergency top-ups from a standard socket. Both are weatherproof and portable.
What warranty do you provide?
Our EV charging equipment comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Full terms are on our Warranty & Returns page.
